I had an amazing stay at Riad Viva. The warm hospitality from Mariam and her team made me feel right at home. While the location can feel a bit daunting at night due to the narrow alleys, I always felt safe, and the proximity to the main square was a plus. Overall, it was a peaceful and beautiful escape in Marrakech.

My Superior Double Room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated in traditional style. The blackout shutters ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff were really good. They were friendly, always ready to assist and offered helpful advice about the local area and arranged my transfers seamlessly.

The Riad is tucked away in a quiet area but still just a short walk from the bustling city center. It took me about 15 minutes to reach the main square.
Dining

Breakfast was a good spread of local pastries and fresh fruit. I had dinner one evening, and while the tagine was one of the best I've tasted, the dessert was a bit underwhelming for the price.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering a peaceful spot to relax with a small pool. They also provide services like a hamman and guided tours.

My stay at Riad Viva was absolutely wonderful. The beautiful decor and charming atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. However, while the location was quite peaceful, the passageway to the riad felt a bit intimidating at night.

I enjoyed my room's traditional Moroccan style and decor. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and had great water pressure in the shower.

The service was really good. From the moment I arrived, the staff was polite, friendly, and went out of their way to help me, especially Redouane, who made my stay so pleasant.

The riad is located just a 10-minute walk from the Koutoubia Mosque and the bustling souks. While it was close to everything, the dimly lit alleyway felt a bit lonely at night.

Breakfast was good and varied each morning. I especially loved the fresh fruits, pancakes, and Moroccan tea.

The rooftop terrace with a pool was a lovely spot to relax. Even though the pool was unheated, it was still a great place to unwind and enjoy the views.

My stay at Riad Viva was really good, marked by friendly service and a beautiful setting. The location was great for exploring the Medina, but I did encounter some issues with breakfast options. Overall, it was a nice experience that I'd highly recommend.

Breakfast had an excellent spread with fruits and pastries. However, as someone who eats gluten-free, the options were limited. Dinner was good, and I highly recommend the Moroccan tagine.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, perfect for relaxing in the sun and even featuring a pool. I appreciated the hammam service, which was a great way to unwind at the end of my stay.

I had a lovely stay at Riad Viva, with beautiful, traditional decor and warm hospitality from the staff. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet area yet close enough to walk to the main attractions. The only downside was that my room had no external windows, and the breakfast could use a little more variety. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Riad Viva is situated close enough to the main square for easy walking yet far away enough to enjoy tranquility. The area felt safe, and I appreciated how charming the surrounding alleys were.

Breakfast included a nice assortment, but I hoped for more variety over my stay. It was generally filling with items like pastries, eggs, and fresh juice.

My stay at Riad Viva was absolutely good, with elegant rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The location required a bit of navigating through alleys, which was initially daunting, but it added to the charm once I got acquainted. The service was really good, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel at home. Breakfast could use some improvement in terms of organization, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

While Riad Viva is a bit tucked away from the main road, it’s just a short 15-20 minute walk to the vibrant square and souks. Once I learned the path, I appreciated the tranquility it offered away from the busyness of the city.
Dining

Breakfast was decent, although a bit chaotic at times; I had to ask for some items repeatedly. The lunch I had there was fantastic, especially the chicken tagine, which turned out to be one of the best meals of my trip.
Facilities

The Riad had a lovely rooftop terrace and well-maintained common areas. However, I wished the small pool had clearer access, as it lacked proper steps.
